1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this portal using your assigned Barangay ID, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these terms.
2 Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- Only verified residents of Barangay Sta. Lucia may access resident-level services.
- Your Barangay ID is assigned by the Barangay Office and must not be shared with anyone.
- You are fully responsible for all actions performed using your account.
- Any attempt to use another resident's credentials is a violation and will result in permanent account suspension.
3 Equipment Borrowing
- All borrowed equipment (chairs, tables, tents, sound systems, etc.) remains the property of the Barangay at all times.
- You are responsible for picking up and returning items on the exact dates agreed upon during the approval process.
- Any lost, damaged, or unreturned items are the full financial responsibility of the borrower.
- Repeated late returns or abuse of borrowing privileges may result in a temporary or permanent borrowing ban.
โ ๏ธ Important: Equipment borrowing requests are subject to stock availability and admin approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
4 Facility Reservation (Court & Hall)
- The Basketball Court and Multi-Purpose Hall are community facilities open to all residents for recreational and civic use.
- All reservations require approval from the Barangay Administrator before they are confirmed.
- Official barangay events, government programs, or emergency use will always take priority. Your booking may be cancelled or rescheduled if a conflict arises, and you will be notified immediately.
- Vandalism, fighting, gambling, and the consumption of alcohol on the premises are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent system ban and possible legal action.
- The facility must be left clean after use. Failure to do so may result in suspension of booking privileges.
5 Reporting Concerns
- The Citizen Concerns feature is provided exclusively for legitimate barangay issues such as broken streetlights, road damage, noise complaints, and waste management concerns.
- Submitting false, malicious, or spam reports is a direct violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
- Concerns are reviewed and responded to by barangay officials within a reasonable time frame.
6 Data Privacy
Barangay Sta. Lucia takes your privacy seriously. All personal information collected (Full Name, Address, Contact Number) is used solely to verify residency and deliver barangay services. Your data is never sold to or shared with unauthorized third parties, in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
7 System Security & Two-Factor Authentication
- This portal is protected by Google Authenticator two-factor authentication (2FA) to safeguard resident accounts.
- You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security mechanism of this portal.
- Any suspicious activity detected on your account (e.g., login from unknown devices) will be logged and reported.
- Five (5) consecutive failed login attempts will trigger a temporary account lockout as a security measure.
8 Account Suspension & Termination
The Barangay Administrator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, submits forged information, or abuses the privileges provided by this system. All administrative decisions are final and subject to barangay governance rules.
